Well considering a 6970 isn't far off the pace of a gtx580, even with its 256bit.
These cards are gonna fly, and they will need less power to run than current generation cards.

I'm just waiting for the specs of the 7990 as I am ordering 2 of those as soon as they become available!!

Cant wait my last pc i build was build with the idea to put one of these baby's in. and reason why took mid range card the 6870 instead of higher up ones
