Health Nuts

Found this link from Mens Health on what foods to eat in the morning, its quite interesting

Pretty interesting. I hated the part about the Bacon though! Bacon is the epitome of breakfast! What is a breakfast without Bacon!? Bacon puts the B into Breakfast!

On a side note. I've skipped breakfast for so many years because I'm just too lazy to make me some in the morning. I wake up with just enough time to get done and go to work.

I say compromise, bacon + sausage = epic breakfast

Eating less often is worse than eating more often. Your body will hang onto grub to avoid starvation. Eat smaller meals, more often.

My boss is actually on a strange new diet where apparently if you go 16 in a row hours each day without eating (eg, skip breakfast), and avoid sugars and all sorts of things, then it apparently resets your insulin levels and boosts the human growth hormone or something and that's supposed to keep you healthy or something. Apparently the theory is that the body is built to starve a little bit every now and then. Sounds weird, I'll see if I can find any actual details on the theory.

WHAT ARE YOU SAYING MAN!?!?!?!

The thought alone nearly killed me... Keep tabs on your boss and work your way into his will.

Honestly though, let me know how it works for him. At those levels he should be losing weight within a week.

Doesn't work with me. I just get skinny as hell man. But when I do start eating properly again my body starts putting on weight fast, like a shock treatment.

Wish i could lose weight.

Sitting at 110kg,optimal should be at 85-90kg.

I lost 5kg just by cutting down on sugars,i haven't gained any more weight but it's not going down (too much good eating i guess)

Try using fat burner pills, Phedracut Hardcore XT. I used it in the beginning of 2013. Lost double digits in 3 - 4 months

Did you do anything else on them? Like gymming or running or whatever?

Nothing at all hey. I basically just skipped junkfood and drank diet soda back then till the capsules are finished.
But now, gymming as I have lost enough fat the easy way

I think with every 'burner' product, you have to mix it in with a whole regimen or it has the potential to cause funny stuff.

Personally I think burner stuff will give major health problems when you hit 60. I don't think its healthy at all, one should just train hard and eat right.

Well week 1 so far:

Monday - Gym
Tuesday - Climbing
Wednesday - Gym
Thursday - Climbing
Friday - Maybe rest or maybe gym and then rest on the weekend?

Drinking more water each day and have been trying to fix my sleeping pattern but the early mornings are slowly killing me >.<
