Help with editing pics

Can someone who is good and has photo shop please help me with a simple picture. Need to edit a few pics of myself inserting items into them, without it looking like I used Paint =D
 
Have photoshop. Don't have skillz. (bought it while a tiny bit intoxicated)

I don't have photoshop and wouldn't know how to skillfully do what you're asking.
 
I started messing around in photoshop back in 1998 or so and have used it every week to every day since then. I dropped adobe for affinity
this year because adobe's pricing/rental model sucks and im sick of it.

I edit and design graphics pretty much everyday but have no time to work free.
