Replayed the Demo last night and... well I am a man conflicted. Managed to beat the score of everyone on my friend list who have played the demo, still only ranked like 1000000th on the global leaderboards.

I replayed it about 5 times each time trying a slightly different approach and found that while it was open to different strategies that the specific section featured in the demo got old. Now obviously in the demo you only have access to 3 guns and with a larger arsenal it could gain a few hours worth of play.

I also looked at the gameplay, specifically the feel and must admit it really is top notch, even in the demo.

So the only real question is... do i give in an get it, looking past is "TropicThunder like" personality and enjoy the gameplay....

I am a man conflicted.

Hehe Omega, I don't think you will be disappointed as long as you don't steal it for PC, I mean buy it for PC :p

There's quite a few bugs on the Pc version, one makes the game look like it's running in 16 bit. Link above has a possible fix for the problem.

and still deciding to get this or not. It's the first game from Epic that has come out without a map editor on the PC. It has no LAN, it's nigh impossible to host a server on GFWL.
The bloody ini files are encrypted, it's missing basic important settings like the ability to turn off "mouse smoothing" and game is locked at 60fps with no means of changing it, because there's no option and they've encrypted the ini files !!!

and bugs, lots of them. I'm afraid this is gonna be one short lived game.
