The thing that should not be
So the very first nag I bought that had a disk(the first nag I got was their first issue)and it had the demo of heroes 3 and I promise you I played the demo for a month. It was around when star wars phantom menace was the big movie.
The map the demo was based on was dead and buried. Now you had the castle castle(those who played this know what I mean)The necropolis and the Dungeon. The music was limited compared to the full version. When I wondered what the full version was like I always thought the map would expand. Also you only had a month in the demo so I always rushed to see the 7th level creatures. The one thing that really made me go wow was the amazing music it had. I was young at the time but I really was blown away by the soundtrack.
I got my full copy from cna and it was the only copy they had. I was so happy. I went to spur and then I got home and my friend slept over and I installed it and saw there are so many scenarios and you could choose what castle to play. Plus the main menu was animated(which was rare in those days). Then each castle had its own set of music,each land also had its own set of music. It had great sound effects and I thought the art works was fantastic. Oh and there was hotseat
I have been playing this game since 1999. Just had to buy it a few times because my friends would loose them or scratch them.
Just in my opinion the best heroes game out there.
