Heroes of the Storm

does anyone else have problems with the game being laggy not internet lag but just like heavy memory usage
 
Yep, it started with the closed beta - I am having lots of network spikes which is not internet lag at all. Drop your settings - there is a few that you need to turn off, but let me check for you at home and tell you tonight.

i put all my settings to medium I dont get it all the time just now and then but its annoying when you go into a team fight

That is odd then cos mine has gone away for the most part. But I know there are some memory leaks since the closed beta has been released.

yeah generally speaking if i close the game and open again it seems to help for a while
 
Its hard to choose, I am loving Kerrigan, Tyrael, Tyrande and Malfurion, as well as Lili. . . I already own about 12 chars, most I have gotten to level 5 at least, and am at account level 39 . . . SOmething tells me this is gonna be my MOBA
 
Next time you play press Ctl Alt F - it will show your latency and network spikes = I sit on 188ms constantly, but I get anything from 5 to 40 network spikes a minute

I only own like 3 or 4 heroes I think just need Malfurion then i have all the 2k heroes im level 14 account

I play with all settings maxxed out, haven't really noticed much stuttering except for internet lag.

ETC is definitly one of my favourites sooo tank
My favs:
Tyrael: so mobile can beat almost any hero one on one
Lili: awesome healer and support
ETC: Global ulti and sooo tank can run in and out multiple times

Try Malfurion and Tyrande and Lili as burst mages - its scary dmg that they can do - I can take out bruiser camps on my own.
 
In the game's current state would it be worth picking up the founders pack? Apparently Blizzard hates me and never sends me invites to anything.
 
I couldn't get into it last night?

It just said initializing, and then waiting for another game to update, then i tried to tell it to prioritize HOTS and it just didn't do anything...
 
Weird mine did that but then loaded in. But they def had some issues on the server -I had loads of lag.

Dude, all I can say is Im max level .. . Its very addictive but then again its a Bliz product. My brother and a few friends are considering the founders pack, since we all play this almost every night

I would buy the founders pack just because, but I own those heroes already

Last night was a ton of fun again. First moba I'm actually addicted to and I'm already getting better at it :D.
 
Reavs, yeah i'm picking up founders tonight (need my security fob which is at home). Apparently Bliz doesn't want me to play beta :S
 
Cheers. I'll probably look at it again next week. Its been a long month.

I need to decide if I'm going to get this or back Shards Online.
