Not that much architecturally, the GTX770 is mostly a GTX680. However it's clocked a lot higher, has far better memory, stays at the boost speed for longer and is cheaper to produce than the GTX680.

Waiting for 760 ti. These prices are rather steep, especially given the RRP in the US even at R10/$.

Oh ok thanks only R500 difference between 670 and 770 so 770 would be worth the extra R500.
