High Latency and lag spikes in 25man Raids

Hi guys

Please someone give me some advise on preventing high latency spikes while in 25man raids. Mostly on boss fights.

I've tried the following:

Gamemax
Registry hack
Unshaped ADSL

I have a 4mbps line.

It is really starting to get to me and I feel like quiting 25man raids in a whole, but then WoW would be pointless.

Please help

what about adjusting the ingame settings but through the console.... I know its a different game but when i adjusted my fps and all that while playing COD4 online my lag spikes are now way less than what they used to be...

It's not FPS lag. It's latency. Internet related.
