An advocate whose clients have included Dr Wouter Basson, Jackie Selebi and the Waterkloof four, has been injected with an unknown substance outside the High Court in Pretoria, it was reported on Thursday.
Advocate Jaap Cilliers walked out of the court on Wednesday after concluding a civil case, reported Beeld newspaper.
