Hitman: Absolution "Attack of the Saints" trailer brings out the lady-killers

Nuns in latex aside, this trailer depresses me a little. Are we going to see more button-mashing firefights and less stealthy kills and disguises this time around?

I sincerely hope they don't ruin one of my favourite franchises just to cater to the shooty-shooty-bang-bang crowd.

The gameplay I saw looked reminiscent of Splinter Cell Conviction


We should be seeing quiet a bit from this during E3.
 
Found THIS on IGN, is basically an opinion piece dissecting the trailer calling it troubling.

Now I didn't find it much different to say Kill Bill. The "nuns" are clearly trained assassins so surely the "violence" against women argument doesn't apply.

Quite strange. First of all it wasn't even a fair fight and secondly what happened to equal rights? Women should be allowed to fight like men if they want to. :p

The only disturbing thing about the video was the pretty awesome detail. :)

Ok so it isn't just me, always good to know.

I was thinking among the same lines, surely if we are all equal then killing a woman should be no different from killing anyone of the thousands of hapless guards in previous Hitman games.

Plus the Nuns started the first by blowing up 47's crib. :p
 
Up until 47 puts on the shirt I was under the impression that it was a live action trailer. Thoroughly impressed though. Looks awesome.
 
Some pretty damn fine nuns---ahem... Assassins. Agent 47 was nearly getting his ass handed to him by a chick... Lol!
