Hitman: Absolution reviews are in

I'll pass until a nice big Steam sale. Here's hoping the next Hitman gives us our massive sandbox levels back...
 
I'm buying it no doubt, I have waited way to long for it.
I am not even gonna read any reviews on it, will deliver my verdict once I get my hands on it.
 
Awwwww MAN!

I was so looking forward to this game! But reading some of the more comprehensive reviews, I'm starting to fear that they've messed with one of my favourite game series'.

I'm hoping the reviewer from PC GAMER was over-reacting... because I agreed 100% with Bloodmoney being a fantastic game! And if he says that Absolution strayed from the "Hitman" formula to a more console friendly linear one, I will cry :(
 
Sounds awful to me. From the reviews I'm gathering that they took everything that made the original Hitman games great, and ripped it out.
