Easy. Write a small story/book/fan-fiction and post to preferred website of your choice. Likes/Faves/Points/whatever merit system used, determines your english peen. Oh, by the way, no cheating. This means no editors or prereaders whatsoever.

I've done this. I learned in couple months more than 5 years of high school have to offered in English class, it turned out that my English was in complete disarray all the time. However, I hated writing stuff back then.

I meant posting on specialized websites for such stuff, eg. fanfiction.net, deviantart, etc
