The poles that pops up is the same as our parking beams - pay before you can leave. The same for spikes that shreds you're tyres if you haven't paid and these are then phallic poles *kinky* which works the same.
 
I love these things! Those are so hilarious. Those women should not be allowed to operate any sort of vehicle.
 
After having a good chunk of my car taken off by a woman the other day I'm feeling absolutely zero guilt at laughing at this.
