I get slightly less though... I average around 160ms. That's in Guild Wars 2 though. Have'nt really checked other MP games.

That is definitely doable. Just need confirmation on the upload speed and for them to come to my area in Cape Town.

For Starcraft I get around 200 on average. And when you're competing against top tier guys who only have 15ms ping.. it's hard

Vumatel is offering the 50/5 fibre connection for R1 299pm. Might actually consider this now. That's enough for streaming.

I have a 10/1 line and I stream Netflix in FHD as well. But I really want to stream to twitch and you need at least 3Mbps to do that.
