So I was wondering...

Since I don't smoke OR drink, I'm quite interested to see how much money I'm saving per month...mainly to make me not feel so bad about my R165/month WoW addiction & bandwidth costs.

Don't just guess the amount, work it out on average. A friend of mine said she thinks about R200 a month. We quickly worked it out to be in the order of R750. She was rather surprised to say the least...

So do your own calculations and let us know what your total adds up to...
 
my smokes are R320 Per month.

Drinks, about a bottle a month

so make it roughly R400 for drinks and smokes
 
Absolutly nothing on smokes(I don't smoke)
Well im looking at my slips(yes I keep all my proof of purchases..lol)
For Jan 2009 I spent R387 on buying drinks from the bottle store and a couple of drinks while I was out with friends.
The most I ever spent on drinks was on a camping trip in 2005..Spent R2000 in 2 days on drinks..LOL..but ive grown up since then!!
 
+- R100 for a bottle of Bells ...... the odd month that jumps to +- R300 odd for a bottle of Dimple and when the money is above cool, +- R1900 on a bottle of JW Blue Label (normally only after a good Xmas bonus though) :D
 
Ok maybe I should rephrase my question:

Those of you who ACTUALLY GO OUT IN PUBLIC over weekends etc. :p

I varies greatly, but on average around R300 a month on drinks. Dont smoke, go me

R800 a month for cigs. Buy about a carton a week. For drinks at home I spend about R100 a month, Have a soco and lime once in a while. Other than that it's just water.
 
Lets see, a box of smokes a day R20

30 days in a month.

R600 bucks roughly

If you include clubbing and lans i would say roughly R800
