How to game when Eskom cuts the power

I have a cellphone and 3DS so I will be fine as long they are properly charged.
The only issue would be if I was playing online with friends, then I'll be missing out.

They generate voltage from photons (light energy). Clouds reflect photons, resulting in less of them reaching the ground and thus the solar panels. So you would still generate electricity with clouds present, but you would be generating less. How much less, I'm not sure, but Google should be able to help here.
