Got it. Ran into an issue where I thought I beat the average but apparently I didn't, so I would suggest you go about a dollar over the average just to be safe, or make sure you refresh the page before purchasing. That's if you want the bonus games anyway.

It just adds the games you don't have to your Steam account. It doesn't give you any extras for games you already have.
