I've played a few games of BFBC2 on their servers and jammed some rounds of the BF3 beta. I've had no issues on their servers and they give a good ping.

A variety of RSPs isn't a bad thing, at least if you have issues or bad pings on one provider's servers you have the choice of a few others.

During the bf3 beta there servers were always stacked with q's of people waiting to get on there. I didn't experience any server crashes during game time on there and the latencies were awesome!!
