Transnet chief harbour master Rufus Lekala wants an apology from the BBC after the television station mistakenly broadcast his name as "Gay Marriage" during an interview, the Sowetan reported on Thursday.
The interview, which was reportedly broadcast globally to more than 71 million viewers, was conducted on Tuesday.
Lekala was being interviewed by the BBC about the Fifth Brics Summit which ended on Wednesday in Durban.
