I need advice..again???

hehe, I had a feeling it might be ;)

And like you said, you put a lot of time and effort into it, although it doesn't really add value, it does count for something.

In the end, if you are patient enough, you will get a satisfactory price.

I sell virtual items much better :D

LOL thanx again bud...your input is appreciated!!

Everything is under warranty mate. Ive only had the pc in its current state for around 3 weeks. Think of it like this..If you walked into a shop and you had to buy this rig as is how much would it set you back? Im talking from a indredible corruption or makro(not that they would sell something as high end as this). i mean look at this http://www.makro.co.za/ProductDetail.aspx?cat=1202&prod=42083&SKU=000000000000147752|EA
My pc is in a much higher league than this piece of crap.

Well Incredible would have an incredible price of around R12000 for an equivalent rig and I might be grossly underestimating here. I would have said R10000 initially if it had a add in graphics card rather than onboard.

Thanx mate
At least your giving me some input, I think I mite just get a Ati 4670 and run hybrid crossfire with the onboard card and then sell it.

Ye, I must say, I also don't like the onboard card...
Putting slot cards in will definitely make it a better rig.

I guess it depends as well if you are trying to make some money, instead of just asking what you paid for it.

IC's mark-ups are very high and I don't think you will be so greedy ;)

It's the bane of selling PCs, the super elite would never buy '2nd hand' [so getting a great gaming rig has low re-sell value], and the people who would buy a 2nd hand PC aren't going to spend too much on it.

I wouldn't even consider selling it at IC prices - no PC should ever be prostituted like that..

I agree with selling it in the R7000 mark. I always found it a bit hard to sell a PC off though, people understandably want brand new machines always.

LOL well im happy to report that you guys were mostly wrong with the R7000 price tag.
I had an offer this morning for R10 000. I understand what you guys are saying but there are people out there that can't be bothered to build their own rig, so they don't mind spending top $ for a ready built machine.

You see, I told you, you will get a satisfactory price if you are patient enough and holding out for what you believe is the better price.
It is all about price and demand.
GZ joker! :)
