Nope same here. Well I dont have one, but I work with them allmost everyday (building for clients etc)
You will be hardpressed to really notice the difference in games over even a high end Dual core using the same VGA card. Currently it only shows benefits in Benchmarking and Multimedia, gaming, Stick with your current specs for a while if you ask me
Bear in mind I said CURRENTLY. No future proofing etc. mentioned.

I think the reason they're out of stock comes down to the fact that no one is buying...considering your average (decent) i7 mobo is 3-5k, 6GB DDR3 1600 (R1500) obligatory GTX 295/ 2X HD4890 (5-6k) not to mention a monster PSU (2k) and the peripherals that go with it (R2.5k), you'll need a 26" monitor of course (5k)..
