Nah Dude there are 2 of them, the one at 00:00 is no. 25 and has an orange thing around his arms. The one who appears out of nowhere is no 86 as seen at 0:12 and has no orange thing around his arms.

I would love to see this clip from multiple angles but from this angel is does look like he just appears out of nowhere, though there was no portal popping sounds so maybe he has one of those molecular accelerators and just jumped in & out of hyper time. :p

i think he is the ref on the right at 0:05 and he skates around back and is hidden by the people in front
 
That's quite weird lol.

Had to watch it a few times. You don't see the ref come from behind or anything! Nice find.
 
If u pause the video at 4 pause and play and pause and play,u can see another ref behind the goal,but how does he get behind him in 2 seconds without being spotted by the camera D:
