What would they be. Sure you can go for the omnipotent powers but lets not go down that route.

1. That magic was real.
2. Be a Shapeshifter o imagine the fun.
3. Healing Ability.

1. Know the answer to any question posed to me
2. Ability to become invisible
3. Immortality; The limb regenerating, never grow old, never die type thing (Deadpool without the pretty face)

Wait, I just saw the omnipotent bit. Will think about this and come up with 3 wishes sometime later.
 
  1. Wish I could teleport/shift/phase like the Hayden on Jumper or Nightcrawler in Xmen. (I'm probably the only guy that liked Jumper)
  2. Understand any language (Without a babel fish, yuck)
  3. Move around in time, say hello to the crew of Voyager, visit the Romans, see the universe end, well, have dinner with Zaphad, Arthur, Ford and of course, Trilian...

Efficient, yes. Potential issue, definitely.

I'll leave three phrases here. "I wish you would just disappear", "I wish that damn taxi would explode", "I wish I was dead"

And with that last one having limitless wishes no longer makes sense.
