iGame Battlefield 3 Beta Discussion Thread

I hope it gets rectified/looked at in the retail version. Not a fan of installing additional software for pnp devices, especially not mice/mouses.

As far as I can tell they arent going to update the beta client.

This is mainly a server test beta.

That sounds like the whole client again.

I have not updated yet can still play on the servers.... Which are improving.

That's weird. Updated gpu drivers?

I have been having better and better experiences around launching and gaming. And I know it hasn't updated as I play on an unshaped capped account.

running the preview drivers for ati recommended for bf3 beta ... anyways hopefully it will be more stable tonight when the download is done ...

the new problem i might have is choosing to play the forza4 demo or bf3 beta :-/

Not for long. Bf3 beta ends after the weekend. Although I have heard about people running their own servers.

3.9 GB is the whole client Weakest, DON'T download, just copy your existing client from BF3 Beta to BF3 open Beta. Almost made the same mistake my side.

The Beta will end today at 12 Midday CET
Thanks for all the feedback provided by all groups in terms of testing as well as the great support you've all shown for the iGame Servers.
We will see everyone back online once the Retail game is released

Thanks Xero the last few days, I dunno if this was due to backend patches the iGame server were quite stable when I played.

It was due to me and Spartan sitting infront of our monitors monitoring servers for 16 hours a day :)
There are still crashes though, so we are working with DICE and the other RSP's to attempt fixes that are applicable to the retail release servers
