iGame forum?

So this igame forum we've got here...it seems to consist mostly of locked threads lately?

Now I understand that a lot of these threads were legitimately locked (various reasons), but I'm seeing a whole lot of threads locked with <3 responses and not a lot of "[FORUM] a meeting or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged."

Whats the point of all these threads if I can't respond...might as well move it to hellopeter if its intended as a supplier vs customer interaction...:confused:

I've been asking about that section for ages. It's been completely pointless for a very long time now. Doesn't look like it's ever going away though.

Well he is the admin, so that is understandable.

This is more meant as a general query rather than aimed at attacking him...it just doesn't strike me as something suitable to the forum format...hell if something "real" happens the admins *intentionally* request that it be handled via non-public channels anyway.

For the record...I've not noticed any "unjust" behaviour on Spartan's part...thats not where I'm going with this.
 
hehe, no, not attacking him either, just kidding. I guess some forums, esp ones where ppl put up a ruckus about getting banned can get ugly. To be honest, first time I ventured over there.
 
Seems to me their server info needs to be posted somewhere since they don't have a website.
 
Necroing this, just to point out how sad this is. Two weeks and zero entries. People don't even care about that section if there are prizes involved. (I'm sure it will get some entries now)

Makes you wonder why they even bother.

I just entered to prove you right.
I'm :cool: like that.

It's actually strange that it doesn't draw more entries. So many people have been complaining that the competitions on MyG aren't fair because it favours the "spammers" and here is a monthly comp where you have to actually do something creative to win, regardless of post-count... And none of those moaners bother to enter. And a R500 voucher is not chicken feed (for me at least).

I now have one of Imp's nuclear bombs in my arsenal to counter any complaint rising during the next activity comp.
