The teamspeak 3 server will be used for pickups, Shout casting and communicating with the community.

This is not the correct way to go about getting a sponsorship. Write a proposal that you can give to the prospective sponsor, detailing what you bring to the table and what the sponsor's level of involvement would be. Give them more details about the projects you are busy with or need help with and details about your team and roles. Contact them directly instead of spamming forums with the same generic message in hopes that a fish bites, some users have already reported you because they suspect you are a bot.
