^ ^ I don't find how that is relative? It's supply and demand, there is supply but low demand, could also be 100Mbs local and not international. But I'd say its based on how much availability they have and seeing as its a sparsely populated country they can get faster lines. But 100Mbs Wireless is all fund and games for downloading but what would the latency be like.
