Peter Capaldi is an interesting Doctor compared to his predecessors. Not really a nice guy, but it works.

I have not started watching season 8 yet. Can. Not. Wait.

He's got a lot of William Hartnell from the first (1960's) season. Hartnell warmed up in his later seasons. I have to say, I'm really enjoying Capaldi.
