Doom 95 is a port of the Doom games for Windows 9X, apparently.

Doom 1 was the first Doom and was split into 3 episodes. The 1st episode was shareware and you had to buy the other 2. Each episode had 9 normal levels and a secret level (I think). Doom II was a single game that had 30 normal levels and 2 secret levels. It also had 2 mission packs, both having about the same number of levels as Doom II.

Then that is where i most propably saw it. Coz I had it as shareware. lol just shows how many times i must have played it to have the map stuck in my brain like that. :p
