Since that image has seen more filters than your average 1947 Volkswagen Beetle, it's well-nigh impossible to make an accurate, final judgement, but here goes.

Breasts: those things will stay up there, in your face and under her chin, with or without a bra. Hence, unnatural.
Skin: colour is slightly artificial and devoid of texture, although this might be due to the above-mentioned filters.
Navel: we refer you to our previous statement that women do not have navels. This one has one. Hence, fake.
Right arm: shoulder to elbow and elbow to writs ratios, slightly off. Thus, abnormal. Even though abnormal does not necessarily mean unreal, in this case, we are proposing unreality.
Face: no human face can support that much makeup. Most cosmetic containers will (should) have an RDA (recommended daily application) number on them; this indicates the maximum amount of a particular enhancive product that can safely be applied to human skin, facial or otherwise. This 'girl' is way over the limit. Thus, fake.

These are the main characteristics we can ascertain from observation alone, which is what this test was about. For a more detailed report, a taste-test will have to be scheduled.

She does look alive though, but since our laboratory supplied the primary element used in fabricating the inner lining of her, ahem, main selling point, we can confirm that the item in the picture is indeed not real and very much for sale.

As a side note, we have some real female specimens tucked away in facility 44. They are, regrettably, exceedingly camera-shy.

Umm, all humans, women included have navels. It's a side effect of having been attached to an umbilical cord before they were born...

Unless I'm missing out on some inside joke here
