I've never liked Imageshack, try photobucket mate ;)

As to your question, I wouldn't know why that is the case. Although I myself have never seen this pic...

Maybe it's a markting campaign by Valve and IceFrog, trying to tell us that the release of DOTA 2 is imminent while all the time, ImageShack is in on it (getting paid)? :D Just a theory though.
 
I don't even use Imageshack, but I can't see anything anybody elce hosted with it. And photobuckets even worce. I prefer the more obscure hosts like Image Socket.

I came from photobucket to image shack, because photobucket keeps deleting my pictures for violating their rules (fucking prudes)
but image shack is terrible! if only photobucket would ease up on their censoring

It is therefore ironic that the image appears in your sig....

I use Imageshack and Google's Picasa.
 
You need to register with them by creating a coconut. Free, but slightly annoying and potentially painful.

If I see just one more FailFrog, I'll be making the move to Image Socket.
