Have you guys played Gone Home? Polygon voted it their GOTY. its a pretty short game, clocking in at about 2 hours, but its pretty darned good. i can't say more without spoiling it though

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons won my vote too and I even played it with a keyboard lol. Actually it wasn't so bad - just that cranking stuff to get the platforms to rise that took forever. Fantastic game though that I'll have to replay again soon but this time with a controller.

Gets my vote as well. Or would've if I could've voted on Tapatalk. I played it through in 1 gripping sitting...

Cool, I picked up Brothers on sale a while back and planning to tackle it at some point. But recently got side tracked by the brilliant (and criminally ubderated) RAGE

This is actually a difficult one to pick. Some pretty spectacular games on this list. 2013 was really the year for indie gaming. But at the end of the day, the most fun I've had playing was with The Stanley Parable.

There were better indies out there but I'll go Don't Starve on this one. Keep on playing it... so it stays on my hard drive. Papers, please and Stanley Parable although good, feels more like experimental games.
