They do need to work on their processes though, I had stuff ordered through them that took ages to get to me and they never let you know why. Also they cannot work out my fanatics points correctly either sigh

Except I have been trying to get Starcraft 2 from them for weeks. The link to starcraft to redirects to a Heroes DVD instead of Starcraft. I reported this on the site about a month ago and it hasn't been fixed to date. Really poor form.
