Ahoy! Somejoe here.

Like most, if not all of you, i grew up playing games. I dont remember much of primary school, but i do remember SimAnt, Warcraft, and gods. I dont have a particular genre i enjoy, i play most games. Ranging from Solitaire to World of Warcraft. Now days i spend most of my time raiding in WoW, ever since i started 6 or so years ago, i dont play games like i used to. This of course will all change when Diablo 3 comes out :D

I'm 22, live in Joburg. Working as a junior web developer (in training!) I love animals, and beer. Music is another big passion of mine, particularly Metal, none of that new rubbish though, think Iron Maiden, Early Metallica, Sabbath etc.

I'm interested in getting a bit more involved in the gaming scene in SA, and of course making new friends who share a passion for games.

I'ma be a fool and only now introduce myself!

Hi, I'm 23 live in Pmb and work as a software tester for a large company. The pay is crap and I want to go back to designing. :P

My hobbies include gaming and outdoor activities. I enjoy going out on weekends and acting like a drunken fool but also enjoy certain more extravagant things. I have a old KDX 250 dirt bike that I'm slowly fixing up, which I'll soon test out on some of Hilton's more notorious dirt roads. One day I'd like to own my own business, which would consist of art and designing all sorts of media for people. Favorite game at the moment: Dungeon Defenders (Only because my fiance likes to play it with me)

Hello good people! I'm an accountant from Pretoria, and used to be an avid gamer. Since my PC cannot handle new games and the price of replacement is bloody huge, I've been replaying Oblivion, Knights of the Old Republic 1&2 and Neverwinter Nights for the last few years. Then I saw Skyrim. I wants it! So now I'm hunting for a console, since they are a bit cheaper than rebuilding a monster PC gaming rig.

New here and relatively new to gaming.... My favourites so far are Assasin's Creed series and Elder Scrolls oblivion and Skyrim.... I recently opened a games store so will be playing every game on the planet (hopefully) LOL...

Welcome ptashark i am sure one can build a decent PC that will play most new games on medium for about same price as a console

EDIT: before you discard your pc, keep in mind the new KOTOR MMO is being released on Dec 20th.
