Invite to DOTA 2 beta

I'd be keen to try this on MTN LTE if someone could give me a key. I have access to their LTE network and I'd like to see the latency...

Playdota.com is probably your best bet, 120 keys per day they are giving away. Might get lucky

with the current rate of new heroes being introduced and the amount of work still needed (mostly ui and feature wise) i think it can easily stay beta for 6 months or more. but open beta can come at any time. i'm guessing around feb-march.
 
I would like to try this as well...
I was hoping to get a fair chance on Dota 2 seeing as i was so behind in starting the first one. Everyones going to know the game backwards again by the time i get to play:(

Hahah, well it is basically dota with better gfx. So just play a few dota games to get the skillz up again. Also, gimme beta keyz :)

lol, i dont have a beta key, and its the same as dota but only its not, haha, cant explain it , but there is delay in spells and damage is fixed not like in dota 1, its just BETTER
 
I really hoped that the game would be open for open beta testing by now, seeing that it will be released early next year but o well.

P.S. give me a beta key !!! :D:D

I'm seriously looking forward to seeing how Valve made the physics and graphics run on Source, and what the minimum system requirements will be, seeing as that's gonna make or break the game.

Also... me wantee keys!!!

They said they want to make the requirements similar to the current Warcraft 3 so no-one needs to upgrade to play which is awesome!

i see a big differance in the requirments
 
I barely get 50fps with a Radeon 6790 and e6600 Duo Core. DOTA2 is a performance Hog atm. Some graphics options like lower rez textures hasn't been implemented yet.

I would say a 8800Gt is the bare minimum requirements if you want at least 30fps.
