Hmmm... When describing the average SAfrican in the market for a new mobile phone as a "budget-conscious consumer" I'm not sure that an R8,499 or R10,499 purchase would be top of their lists of possibles.
Maybe I'm underestimating the buying power of a budget-conscious consumer?
