Just got back from watching the movie and as sequels go this was awesome.
Now im not just saying this because I am a Marvel fan ,out of 10 I would have to give this movie a 9
Marvel studios really taught it trough when they decided to bring the marvel universe to the Silver screen
You will have to watch it t experience the JOYGASM that is Ironman 2 ..the story is coherent the acting exceptional humor is spot on Effects mind blowing (what i wouldnt give for Mr Starks workshop to be MINE)

So yeah Ironman2

Go watch it ....and wait till the credits role for some insight into future movies due for release.

Well I saw Nick Fury in the trailer, so I can only imagine the Justice league movie is coming along nicely.

I believe the Avengers movie has been planned next :)

Well just read IGN s review and damn it was exactly what I felt ,the gave it a 4 out of 5 or 8 out of 10

In fact I think im going to watch it again here are some things to look out for spoilers ahead
One of my favorite things of the movie is Tonys Tech and damn his phone in the court scene ,that connects and take control of everything
His workshop with its super sci fi feel .
War machine need I say more
Red radial Cyclops optic blast laser
When he saves Pepper
That damn R8
Thors Hammer

Well the spoiler tags don't work so I just put a few highlights in

After Kick Ass this is now my favorite Movie of the year

Watched it last night as well.

I agree with all of your points, but I didnt enjoy it as much as the first.

I guess that's too much to expect from a sequel. The different suits were AWESOME though! Suitcase suit FTW!!!

Man it was an amazing movie, saw it on Thursday. I got kicked out half way through for orgasming on the people in front of me :(
But seriously, an incredibly movie, just as good as the first and OH MY GOD I can't wait for The Avengers

a story with a story without just being pretty- yay. gets my stamp of approval.
 
So I watched it on Friday night, then again yesterday afternoon :p

Loved it both times

Humor was top notch, action was better than the first and the all round feel of the 2nd movie portrayed a better picture of Tony's life :)
 
ok...so i'm the only one who watched it, enjoyed it, then thought...that was...average!?! Dont get me wrong effects were great and dialogue sharp, but in terms of storyline it fell short. Now before I get murdered let me elaborate....Dark Knight raised the bar of superhero movies (in terms of storyline) big time and to me great effects are not what makes these flicks, tho they do play a big role! The villian (Mickey Rourke) is also utterly forgettable IMO.

Kick-Ass definitely better than IM2....
