No sure what gfx card

5k budget wont be enough for that + gpu. That stuff alone is gonna cost 4.5k +/- . Maybe see if you can sell your old stuff and save up a bit more for a decent gpu.

Just heed note that the Haswell Intel CPUs are expected to be released March to June 2013.

So you can expect faster, cooler, and better performing CPUs soon, as well as price drops of the current ones.
