Chassis: Dimensions 207(W) x 460(H) x 504(D)mm
CPU Cooler: Dimension 140 X 83 X 160mm

There is plenty of room for that cooler to fit in.

I would really much rather recommend:

Zalman Z5 Plus @ R590 or
the aforementioned Carbide 300R or, if you can spring some extra cash,
Cooler Master Centurion 610 @ R790

Considering my long-standing fanboyism for Cooler Master, I may actually get me a Centurion 610. My Elite 310 is a bit long in the tooth now.

Its only for mATX boards. You could only shove an ATX in there if you hack the PSU mounts to work sideways and in that case the Carbide 500R is the much better choice anyway.
