iTunes Vouchers?

I'm getting an iPad next week and I already have an iTunes US based account (with no credit card linked to it). I was wondering how I can buy some apps from iTunes and the idea of iTunes vouchers came to mind. Now the question is; where can I buy iTunes vouchers using PayPal as a payment method?
