Looks like a really good game(From the same publisher as SHODN and Volgarr The Viking) and got a great review from PC Gamer.

Jazzpunk is a comedy adventure set in an alternate reality Cold War World, plagued with corporate espionage, CyberCrime, and sentient martinis. Gameplay is inspired by spoof comedy films and cartoons of yesteryear, with a focus on weird gadgets, exotic locales, and open-world style exploration.

Too true. Surreal, funny and inspired by spoof and satire. Not to mention the cold war setting. This will either be absolutely brilliant or a total bomb. I see no middle ground.

I've been looking forward to this game That trailer for it that came out recently was pretty intense, but the game looks like good fun!
