Okay grasshopper , lets break this down:

Facebook comments immediately gave me an impression of him. He's the typical "white Afrikaner trash" demographic.

Implying there's a white Afrikaner trash demographic.

I would not put money on that assumption.

I really can't stand that, and it's white afrikaners like him that have cost the rest of us in SA so damn much over the years. Unfortunately they are all over the place these day. They tend to drive single-cab Hilux bakkies.

I am not generalizing at all. I'm a white Afrikaans male too. However, this guy represents a growing trend amongst white Afrikaner males and summarizes the new generation of Afrikaners. You know, the kind that assaults teachers and have a general lack of respect and dignity - the stuff that made Afrikaners great is now getting lost. He's what is commonly referred to as a "gomgat, tappit Dutchman", and their numbers are growing fast.

I seriously do not pay enough attention to white Afrikaner males to argue with this, so I'll just accept it though I still think that this isn't the norm and any group of people has its bad apples.

They can't really, I'm they do then they have to admit they were also in an illegal situation which means they also go to jail.

But what they were doing was illegal so if it wasn't for the weed it could be argued that the assault would never have happened. The 2 cases are linked to the same incident and you can't pick and choose. That's how my cousins drunk driving/ theft case was dropped, the cops shot first so he could have pressed charges for misconduct but then he would have also been prosecuted for drunk driving and evading arrest.

The best option for those kids is to forget charges since both actions are linked to their original conduct and if they say something it will bite them back.

you cant be sure on that video that what they were smoking was weed. it will be his word against theirs. like Joker said what is evident on the video is the assault and the guy admitted to assaulting them. for these kids to face any charges that guy should have called the cops then and there, but no saw fit to take the law in his own hands. the police cant arrest the guys for "probably" smoking weed.
