Its not that bad, I like the clean, neat look of the current one.

My personal opinion?

I think the ads are a bit too prominent - especially since the sidebar and the banner and the header lie right next to each other. If they both contain moving elements - like with the Evony ad I just saw, it makes for a bit of an eye-wrenching experience.

Maybe move the ad in the sidebar down a bit?
