Yep... Kalahari seems to be dead and service 6 feet underground.
Ordered a package on the 7th which should have been delivered in 6 working days... the package was "Ready to Pack" since Monday already and the brightsparks only sent it via courier yesterday.

If it weren't for the fact that they are one of the few retailers that accept eBucks, I'd be long gone.
 
My colleague ordered a package from Kalahari and they delivered the wrong item. Second time round it was again the wrong item. It eventually took them another 3 weeks to provide him with the correct item.

Was very fond of him, nice guy. But seems he's gone.

I have a pre-order with Kalahari for The Darkness 2 and for the CE of Mass Effect 3.

Took them no less than 3 days to respond to a simple query and even then I think it was only because I complained on Twitter. Seriously, if other companies (read: Takealot) can respond in less than three hours, why should I wait three days? Insane!

But, on the plus side, I've never had an order go wrong yet, I can use my eBucks quite comfortably and everything is mostly fine. I'd complain about navigating their site but Takealot isn't much better, so a chaotic site seems to be the way to go in e-commerce these days.

Oh well...

I've had fairly good experiences with Kalahari so I am happy with the service for now.
I actually prefer buying from you guys now lol If I buy directly from a shop its usually Zaps, but when buying online its through you guys. So welcome and please stay.

yes it will. We receive the games in on the thursday and make sure they get delivered on the release date which is the friday
