Got our Batman: Arkham City Collector's Edition yesterday (Thursday) from Kalahari.com on pre-order...
...Box contained only the statue, the collector's artbook, about 5/6 a5 sized sheets with DLC codes on them, but wait for it... Not a single disc at all in the package.
No Blu-Ray Game. No DVD/BD of Gotham Night. No CD soundtrack - just a page with codes for a download of the mp3 album (which is fine), No Collector's cards.
Doubt it's Kalahari's fault tho - came sealed with fpb stickers etc...

Edit: Will add that Kalahari were very helpful and even offered a full refund - but will see what happens when/if they follow up tomorrow.

It's the same bloody thing and in actuality the CE is called the Ultimate experience, there is no UE unless these people watched a different blizzcon...
