Good things to talk about:-
1. Your missions that have failed and succeeded?
2. SAS, RCS controls?
3. What mods work pretty well without breaking something?

Such an awsum game but the learning curve is so great that my head wants to explode.

All of missions have failed! I've yet to get docking right, as well as the timing to get out of orbit so that I can catch the Mun orbit. Such a frustrating fun little game.

I've installed the MechJeb mod, it's actually helped me get my launches a lot better. Now I just need to figure out how to use it to achieve orbit, so that I can learn from that module.. :D

Game looks cool. But it's in Pre alpha. How developed is it? Is there enough in it to actually play?

Been on the Mun and Minmus. Send a probe to and rover to Duna. Crashed a probe on Eve. Definitely not a game for any one. I have given up since my failures to Eve :P Biggest problem for me is building efficient ships. For the game is actually pretty good for a "aplha" version.

It's in very good condition for its age. I've yet to run into a bug, it seems that the development mostly goes into expansion.

I created a thread about this a few months ago ( think last year)

I myself haven't even landed on Mun. Despite my countless attempts. SO much fun killing those little shits :p

Lols..Change your Flag to N.A.S.A (Need, another, Seven, Astronauts) well change it to Need,Another, Three , Kerbals.

I think everyone can agree, its not a pick it up and fly kinda game. Getting into orbit isnt a problem , you need the vesse to higher than 1 000 000, once above 1 000 000 go to a land level with the earth and ensure you gain a speed of 2200 m/s +/-.

Was hoping there would be a Guru around to help with me connecting my second part of my National Space station as launch then going in the right direction is such fails, I usually have my orbital path like just to the other one, however when i try to correct i Just end up making a huge mess.

Seriously loving this game though, even though I got to space station bits in the sky and they are not connected just floating around the earth.

Ok, so I searched the forum to see if someone already made a post about this game, and I didn't find any.

So, has anyone played this?! It's the best game I've played in years. :D I have already had many hours of enjoyment from it, and there's going to be many more. :P

If you are a fan of simulators and haven't checked this out, do yourself a favour and do it neeeeow!!

At first I just thought it might be interesting to check out what this is all about, but ended up becoming quite addicted. You would never think it was so damn hard to build a rocket :O. I spent about 8 hours in total building a rocket with a satellite module and trying to get that bad boy into space.

I cannot explain how fun this is. You absolutely have to see it for yourself. You have to get involved with every little aspect of getting a spacecraft into orbit. From building it from the ground up, ensuring the aerodynamics are going to keep it straight, shitting your pants when your engines fall off due to BAD quality control and staging planning to that very last moment ending with a sigh of relief when you extend your big-ass satellite's panels and watch it orbit the earth in all of it's glory :D.

If you haven't seen or heard about this, do it. It's fun as hell and I think the developers, Squad, is going to still add some really, really awesome stuff in the future.

The epicness of KSP

Here's some videos:

I need to find a way to remove all the space debris from orbit around Kerbin. It seems that my satellite rocket design wasn't as clever as I thought because the last stage disconnects the top structure from the satellite body but leaves a shitload of space debris just floating around for my future ventures to crash into :P.

One thing I love about this game is the satisfaction you get from achieving something. When I started playing, I didn't even think of trying to get into orbit with a small rocket. I sommer built a mother from the start and it was hard as hell getting that thing into orbit as it probably weighed in at about 140+ tons :P. Trying to keep that monster going straight at 1000m/s is pant-shittingly stressful hahaha. But once you get it right and just watching your baby fly like a baws in orbit is so rewarding.

I think the game's limits are very high as well. Seen people make insane spacecraft. Including the one in that video with the artificial gravitation wheel :O

Saw this game on Steam last night, and after reading the comments I'm quite keen to try it. Maybe someone can engineer some more spare time into my life?

I love this game. So far it's the money's worth. I haven't really tried any of the mission yet, but I accidentally left Jebadia on the Mun, so I've made it my personal mission to go and fetch him...

It's very worth trying, even the demo. I can't help you with time distribution though :(

Lollies dude. Really thinking about getting this game.

I personally think you would love a game like this dude.

For sure the money's worth. I also haven't done the career yet. The sandbox is just so alluring!

Here's my greatest achievement so far :D.

The satellite rocket before launch:

And here's the end result after a stressful flight and 9 stages:

Wow that's an impressive rocket/death machine. I haven't built something THAT elaborate yet. Have you tried building some space planes yet?

Not yet, I have my sights fixed on sending up a base rocket soon. Maybe even a building a moonbase! For some reason, rockets just get me going like nothing else lol. I'll have to consult Archie on docking tho, he's becoming a pro at that.

I flew one of the preset space planes that come with the game but it was kinda boring. It stalls at 16000m if I remember correctly :(. Intercontinental flights are so 1980 :P. Something that's definitely on my mind is building a space shuttle/plane at some stage, but yoh...that's going to be a mission for another day.

This guy seems to have quite a few KSP videos. This one talks about his top ten favourite mods.

I see that a few of my Steam tjommies playing this game.
After checking a few of this guy's YT videos, it kinda got me in the mood to buy it, it looks quite interesting.
