Ecig. Got me off the ciggies, but obviously not the nicotine. I do find it helps with the cravings. Since the ecig gives a whole lot less nicotine. So for instance if I am stuck somewhere without the ecig, I can now hold out for a few days where as with the ciggies I always lasted a few hours at max.So, just a quick question and to hear about how you did it
