There are some hectically unbalanced games but all range vs no range has hardly meant losses.
The range have the early game but if you turtle and build tanky then the late game goes to melee more often than not.

They practice against bots for things like cs'ing or practicing combos. They don't play bots for the sake of playing bots.
 
I've also been enjoying the ARAM map quite a lot. I've found that the AP heroes can be quite insane. Teemo is a monster with his mushrooms if you get Liandry's Torment and build AP. In the one game the enemy Teemo got a pentakill with 2 of the kills happening after he'd died thanks to the mushrooms.

The only thing I'd wish Riot would do is make the entire roster of champions available just for ARAM. It would add a lot more variety but I can understand why they won't.

Teemo is quite easy to shut down with the trap detection items I've found.
As far as the roster thing goes. I have to agree. There's nothing more frustrating than not being able to trade due to the other people not having the champion. I have most champions so people can nearly always trade me if they have what I have.

Unfortunately full roster random would circumvent their purchase model so we shouldn't expect it to happen. However at least allow trades per match.

I find healer to be godly. Specially sona and alistar!

On an aside, I have been avoiding ranked in S3. Purely because I can't be made to play ADC or Jungle.
When I get put there I fail pretty hard and then people bitch much too much. :(
Would love to see where I can get my ELO.

Been watching Xpeke playing kha'zix like crazy the past few days making memo's and shiz whilst I should be doing something productive :p

I don't think I've ever played with him...
I have a select few champs that got me to level30. I only recently started to explore other champs in ARAM.

Needless to say I realise now that I missed out on quite a few good champs...

I've played him mid a few times. Its a lot fun and he is OP!!! Its also easy to split push with a Kha'zix and farm. Just press w and entire minion wave clear.

How can you say his OP? And yes you get a lot of farm once you hit level 6 :D
 
I started playing ranked games this weekend. I must say the vibe is a lot different from normal games - a lot more mature and professional. I like it:). I think I'm done with normal games, but I'll still play them once in a while with sub-30 friends.

Sorry. It's more serious (everyone is serious about winning) but I wouldn't say it's more mature. Not by a long shot. The moment shit goes south in a ranked game you better get your flame suit on coz it's about to get hot! Sometimes the flaming even starts in drafting!

I've only got a few games now, so will see how it goes. But so far all difficulties have been managed quite well by everyone.
 
I have to say this game has the WORST community I have ever seen in any game ever.

It's bloody appalling at how bad the people that play this game are.

What's worse is that most of them on the EU server hardly speak any english so you cannot even try to reason with them.

I have just given up and just ignore them.

It ruins this game though.

Yeah it does rune the game. I just ignore the little kiddies, let them moan and groan, I won't go down to their level.

Playing a game with someone you know decreases the chances of being pooled with someone like that.

i must say though, that I somehow don't see that many players with bad attitudes. Probably just "the luck of the draw" ;)
