Hey guys,

I'm going to be hosting another Introduction to Video Games with Game Maker course, and I'd like to share it with you guys. The first course went really well, and the students really enjoyed it. In fact, they are still emailing me updates to what they are working on.

If you guys would like to know more about the outcomes of the class, I documented it week by week over on the makegamessa website. Feel free to have a look!

The classes will be held on saturdays this time, instead of during the week.

Game Maker Studio. It's a free application, and I think Steam started supporting it at the end of last year :)

The course covers creating a video game from scratch in Game Maker. In some of the classes, the artwork is supplied. For the final project, students will create their own game.
