Local MMO Downloads

wow cool... I tried neo stream but could not get it to work because its I live in SA... or some crap like that.
 
Anyone know where I can get the 3.1.0.9767 - 3.1.1.9806 patch for wow locally?
I've checked the dogaming site but they are missing this one. Their 3.1.1 patch is from 3.1.1.9806 - 3.1.1.9835.
 
I also noticed some missing patches, but they're all like 7-11mb so dont worry

Edit: Lydon update it with the local 3.3.0 patch? (that prepatch thing)

* Heroes of Newerth (Windows 1.49 client, Linux 1.41 client and Mac 1.41 client)
 
Cool, will add Part 1 to the list.

I haven't been able to find the rest yet, hey. Will keep an eye out.

* EU and US/Aus World of Warcraft patch 3.2.2a - 3.3.0
 
It might ge worth mentioning that not all wow updates are available locally. One will need to download a couple of small updates which are not available on any local ftp servers
